Terms of Service
Scope
These terms govern access to and use of PayFlow. The service is provided for business users who want to automate payment request workflows connected to Mews.
Accounts
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity performed through their workspace. Access may be suspended if the service is used unlawfully or in a way that harms the platform.
Customer data
Customer data is used to provide the configured automation features. Users are responsible for ensuring that their Mews connection data and automation settings are accurate and authorized.
Availability
The service is operated with care, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, or third-party API limitations may affect processing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the product, legal requirements, or operating model changes. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
